Union Monsters

Hello all!

I have a question about Union monsters!Since i run a Machina deck on Dn,i need to know all the details about these monsters!

Now my question is:

Can we use the effect of Union monsters of equip and unequip each of them per turn?Or can we only equip or unequip each turn.

An example to clearify,think my question is a bit difficult to understand:

I have Machina Gearframe equipped to Machina Fortress.
It's my Main Phase 1: I unequip Machina Gearframe.
Battle Phase: I attack with both.
Main Phase 2 : I equip Gearframe again to Fortress,to protect him from 1 destruction.

Is this possible or can i only unequip the gearframe in main phase 1 and can't equip it again in main phase 2?(vice-versa too)

Now i know that in the card it's marked '' Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can equip this card to a Machine-Type monster you control as an Equip Card, OR unequip it to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. '' , the ''or'' is in Maj. but it's a bit confusing to me and the people who i allready asked say different things about this,so i would have the opinion of a ->experimented<- player please!

Unions can EITHER equip OR un-equip once per turn. Hope this helps ya out bro ^L^

Let me see if i have understand:
I can equip it once per turn,then if i want to unequip,i need to wait the next turn?
Sorry for asking again this,but i want to be sure i undstand it (i have only 3 years of English lol)
